Time-Lapse Tool software provides a free Personal Edition with most of the same features as the paid editions.

The Time-Lapse Tool Personal License has the following limitations:

The program does not allow you to use resolutions greater than DVD (480p) for export.
The program does not allow export to GIF format.
Use of the application is not permitted for commercial purposes. Only the Business version of Time-Lapse Tool is licensed for commercial use.
A few effects, like the watermark effect, are not available with a free personal license.
The free personal license is not to be used in corporate environments.
Support is limited to the advice and information available on the forum.
Free personal license supports publishing only.

All other time lapse software features work in the same way in all editions.
